DESCRIPTION: 

CBC hosts fitness classes 3 times a week in the gym.  Various classes include:  Cross Training, Step N Tone, Lower Body Burn, Core Strength, and FitWalk.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Year-round (Holidays excluded).  See Fitness Calendar.

Men's:  Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays

$3.00 per class, or $30.00 for 20 classes
